Designed in Canada, the XA products feature live sound, rentals, small installations and MI verticals with a 96kHz 40-bit floating point DSP engine and high performance 24-bit converters.
The XA Series products offer 3 I / O combination options, 2 x 4,2 x 6 and 4 x 8, providing a cost-effective footprint for a variety of channel counts. The XA products feature XLR line level inputs and outputs, but do not utilize AES / EBU or Mic/Line switchable inputs. Additionally, advanced DSP processing algorithms such as FIR, GEQ and compressors have been removed to provide a more affordable entry-level solution.
XA products also feature USB and RS232 connectivity for configuration, control and monitoring, while many command functions can be accessed through the DSP's front panel or a computer running the user's intuitive XConsole software.
